Hi! I'm Shauna Grasso, NCPT. I've been instructing Pilates for more than 9 years, and have taught in a variety of settings including in a Physical Therapy practice for most of my career. I believe in gently challenging the body, and also that listening to the body and respecting its limits offers the fastest path forward to strength and healing. I have seen Pilates help people recover from major surgery and injury, and I have seen the difference it has made in my own postpartum recovery.
